Complimentary 10 minute consultations are provided at no charge. If a longer consultation is desired prior to a New Patient appointment, a 30 minute consultation will be scheduled.
This includes record review if applicable.

Consultation

This type of examination is recommended for individuals with multiple areas of complaint, metabolic issues, previous failed conservative treatment, surgical history, neurological disorders, and or balance issues.

This examination is typically more in-depth evaluating more than one system. Examination findings may be discussed, and treatment may be rendered in absence of contraindications, time dependent.

New Patient Comprehensive/Neurological Examination

This appointment includes a thorough history and focused examination on the area of complaint. This appointment will last approximately 45-60 minutes.
Please have available any previous imaging (X-rays, MRIs) and or labs for your appointment, as they may provide valuable insight during your examination.

Examination findings and recommended treatment plan will be discussed. If there are no contraindications, care may be provided.

New Patient Examination: Problem Focused

An Adjustment + Soft Tissue Appointment is utilized to address the patient's prioritized complaints. 
This appointment consists of spinal and/or extremity adjustments and supportive soft tissue techniques which may include: 
-Hypervolt
-Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM/Graston)
-Cupping
-Trigger point therapy, etc.

Adjustment + Soft Tissue

Spinal and/or extremity adjustment only.
Adjustment techniques may include Manual, Drop, SOT blocks or instrument assisted.

Adjustment Only

Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.

This is a 30 minute service and may be focused along the muscles of the spine or extremities. This service does not include a chiropractic adjustment.

Cupping

LASER Therapy is also known as photobiomodulation. It entails the use of specific wavelengths of light (red and near infrared) to generate a photochemical response in damaged or dysfunctional tissue. The LASER works by creating an increase of vasodilatation (blood supply), bringing in oxygen to the cells.

This facilitates healing and often decreases pain.  

Duration of service: 10 minutes

LASER therapy

A Regular Functional Neurorehabilitation visit will consist of a of receptor-based therapies. 
This may include a combination of specific chiropractic adjustments, eye movement exercises, vibration therapy, complex motor sequences, vestibular stimulation, etc) in order to improve identified functional deficits.
*Must be an established patient &amp; have already had a Neurological Examination*

Please have the 1st page (Student information and Medical History) filled out prior to your appointment. Physical Examination and Examination Conclusion as outlined by the FHSAA will be provided.

Sports Physical FHSAA

A concussion is a disturbance in brain function caused by a direct or indirect force to the head, resulting in a variety of nonspecific symptoms. An estimated 3.8 million athletes will experience a concussion each year in the U.S., but many go undiagnosed.

Baseline testing provides a multi-faceted foundation to evaluate your athlete throughout the season if a concussion (mTBI) may be expected.

Baseline testing includes evaluation of symptoms, orientation, balance, cognition, memory, attention/concentration and coordination.

A baseline test is valid for 1 year. If your athlete experiences a sports related injury/hit/trauma (etc.), come back for a comparative evaluation at no additional charge.
